Social media management cost in Dubai (2026): what you get at each price

One agency quotes AED 2,500 a month. Another quotes AED 25,000. Here is what each price usually buys, and the 7 questions to ask before you sign.

In short

Social media management in Dubai usually costs AED 1,000 to AED 25,000+ a month. Basic posting starts around AED 1,000–3,000. Plans with filmed reels, daily replies and ads cost AED 6,000–12,000 or more. Ad spend is always extra.

Ask three Dubai agencies for a social media quote. You might get AED 2,500, AED 8,000 and AED 25,000 a month for what sounds like the same job. All three can be honest. They are quoting for different work.

This guide uses price ranges that UAE agencies publish themselves. It shows what you get at each level, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Why are social media quotes so different?

  • Reels and video. Filming and editing short videos costs the most. Picture posts are cheap. Good reels are not.
  • Arabic and English. Writing well in both languages almost doubles the writing work.
  • Replies. Answering comments and messages every day takes real hours.
  • Ads. Some quotes include running your ads. Almost none include the ad budget itself.
  • Rules. Clinics (DHA) and property companies (DLD/RERA) need extra checks on every post.
  • Reports. Counting likes is easy. Tracking leads and bookings takes set-up.

7 questions to ask before you sign

  1. How many posts, reels and stories will I get each month?
  2. Who films the reels, and how many filming days are included?
  3. Is Arabic content included? Who writes it?
  4. Who replies to comments and messages, and how fast?
  5. Is running my ads included? Is the ad budget separate?
  6. What will the monthly report show: views, or leads and bookings?
  7. How long is the contract, and how much notice do I need to give?

What are the red flags?

  • Promised follower numbers. Followers can be bought. Customers can’t.
  • No work from your industry. Ask to see work for a business like yours.
  • Paid “Top 10 agency” badges. Many lists are pay-to-appear. Ask for clients you can call.
  • No talk about the rules if you are a clinic or property company.

Do you need a permit to post ads on social media in the UAE?

Yes. Since 1 February 2026, anyone who posts paid or promotional content on social media in the UAE needs an Advertiser Permit from the UAE Media Council. News reports say fines can reach AED 10,000. Check that your agency, influencers and in-house creators are covered.
